Only a Dozen, Then Girlie-Hands

Just a quick metabolic night: Snatches with the 32kg.

Weight felt light, but hands couldn't hack it before the palms started to rip.

30s work, (5+5) then 30s rest for 12 rounds.

The bone rhythm really cooks everything--much better and much more explosive than the currently popular way of "drawing the bow". Hams, gluts, and erectors, all filled with blood--same thing with biceps.

From a CV point of view, not super-demanding. I guess that's what swings are for. However, gotta train the hands for multiple sets of 10 with the 48.

Back on the platform tomorrow.

What is the bone rythym, if you don't mind me asking?

Not very demanding? Maybe not for you. Snatches with the 32 for any rep range are very cardiovascularly demanding for me!

Keep it up!

Royce--bone rhythm is the simultaneous and synchronous movement of the joints in any given movement: Lower body--foot, ankle, knee and hip all move at the same time and at the same pace. It is a learned skill but it recruits the snot out of the muscles.

Franz--I am a little bigger than you so the 32 should be easy for me...

I was a little rushed when I replied before. I read your posts a lot and I'm seriously interested in z-health. Unfortunately I will need to be out of school before I can attend a cert. Thanks again for the explination.
