Still tired from I-Phase--just came back last night.

- I-Phase and instantaneous strength gains: rope climbing and deadlifting as examples
- Visual and Vestibular testing
- Neural Chunking
- Professional Strongman training
All of these ideas were a part of an amazing weekend.
