This method increases the ROM at the hip and subsequently increases the loading of the glutes and hams and also the abs. If you point the thumb back between the legs on the backswing, the lat gets loaded up pretty good too.<BR/><BR/>Chris--yes, the gaze is part of Z-Health rehab. The visual and vestibular systems apparently have a HUGE effect on the musculoskeletal and myofascial systems.
