I too ...Geoff,<BR/><BR/>I hear you brother on frying the CNS. I too have a very sensitive and adapting CNS. I adapt very quickly and this I have hard time staying on any one program for too long. Injuries usually come if I don't change the training frequently. Ultimately you have to listen to the body and act accordingly.
